Okay lets just get one thing straight. Diets do not work. If you diet what you do is you stop eating the things you usually eat in order to lose weight right? Correct. So once you reach the weight you want to, then you can stop dieting again right? Not correct. If you go back to what you were eating before then you will just gain the weight back. You need to change your eating habit. Instead of eating the way you used to, eat healthy, and only have junk food occasionally in moderation. That’s how you will lose and maintain your weight.
